    WHAT WE DO:
      Line managers demonstrate visible safety leadership. This function is an essential part of a strong and effective safety culture. Through their attitude, behavior and example, through the resources provided (support), through their presence in the field and through open dialogue, a safety leader knows how to inspire work teams and encourage safer behavior. You don't have to be a charismatic guru; If you are not born a leader; you can develop along the way, your attitude is important, being genuine is key.
        WHAT WE DEVELOP:
          Focus on educating and developing safety leadership management on:
        • The influence of management behavior on staff behavior. Practice by example
        • Management has a key role in managing trade-offs between safety and other issues. Safety a value
        • Performance evaluation should not be focused on the EHS specialist, everyone is accountability. Monitor Performance (KPI's)
