NRC Training
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requires that people exposed to radiation must pass Safety courses in the use of Nuclear Gauges.
Hazardous Materials Fundamentals
This course provides training to a portable nuclear meter operator and meets the training requirements of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and/or the regulatory agency. It also provides refresher training required by USDOT HAZMAT. This course covers all aspects of the safe use of a portable nuclear moisture density meter, including operations, emergencies, radiation, ALARA, handling, shipping, licensing, inspections, inventory, storage, safety, dosimetry, radiation studies, limits of exposure, RSO responsibilities, security, administration, transportation and more.

Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) – Training
This course meets the training requirements for compliance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and provides the skills necessary to successfully implement a radiation protection. The NRC requires any organization that uses radioactive material to have a licensed, designated Radiation Safety Officer (RSO). This course is designed to help such organizations apply for or renew their license for use of radioactive materials.
